Deletion is permanent and takes effect straight away.
Email tim@speedforsport.co.uk from the email address on the account (for Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us the name on the account and roughly when you joined). We will confirm and delete the account within one month, usually much sooner. A parent or guardian may request deletion of their child's account the same way.
Your profile and date of birth, run history and the measurements behind it, saved run videos and stills, membership and free-run records, notification tokens, challenges and head-to-head records, video reviews, your coaching messages, and your sign-in. Any active subscription must be cancelled separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Posts and comments you made in the community stay, shown under your leaderboard name (first name and surname initial). Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons, such as shop orders, are kept for the period the law requires. Nothing else is retained.
